Purchased one of these vacuums for windows a couple years ago and wanted to purchase another. Ordered and received the vacuum but the battery won't recharge. Tried to return for exchange but finding out the item is NON-RETURNABLE??????? The manual I received with this was ALL foreign which didn't help matters.
