Arrived in on time, no dents or rips. I'm 67 and not very great at assembly. Took my time and was easy. I was just tenative because of my concerned I might break a connection putting things in the wrong spot. Then I turned it on and hit the Red button. Wow! Quiet but suction! I live in the desert in CA and my house is closed up for 5 months so I was so happy to vacuum the thick shag carpet of dust and cat hair. Wrist movements to turn but moved smoothly and was light. I'm a very clean house keeper so the large amount of cat hair and dirt sucked up in my already clean small 12x13 bedroom was amazing. Seems good on my tile floors but they were clean. Once the sand creeps in to the house I'll see how it does on fine sand on tile. So far Love it!
