Bissell Vacuum Cleaner Brush Roll Replacement Part 2032305 - Compatible with Select Bissell Models - Perfect for Pet Hair Removal and Deep Carpet Cleaning

Was very happy with this new roller. It solved my extremely noisy vacuum and when I took the old brush roller off, I see that it had seized up causing a bad noise and the smell of rubber burning like I had broke a belt again. Don't know why the old brush seized up because the vacuum isn't that old and I've never had a brush roller seize up before with any vacuums I've ever owned, but this one did. I've come to the conclusion that Bissell just isn't that great of a quality vacuum and/or shampooer. My daughter has 2 of the Pro Heats and neither one works very well, and is constantly breaking down. We've decided not to buy Bissell products anymore!My only Con about this roller was the amount of time it took to receive it. When I ordered it, shipping/delivery was within a week. Then I started getting emails that delivery was going to be about 2 weeks...It showed "In Stock" so I fail to understand why it took so long to even ship!! I feel like my order was tossed on the back burner and forgotten. Every item I had on this order was "In Stock".
