Bought this a year ago and it has been sitting in my drawer for a year i did my first test and after deciding with syringe tip to use i chose the pink one and it cleans my iphone speakers perfectly the sound is much better and the speakers are completely clear so if you intend to use this for the same reason i use it its well worth it1. Curly hose is a bit of a nuisance. A more flexible straight hose would work better for me.2. An “On” light when unit is operating would be helpful. Without hearing aids in place the unit is VERY quiet and can be left running!Design of my Signia hearing aids (like earbuds) requires that a handle the area of the microphones. Performance of the aids diminished and my provider cleaned the aids, restoring function. I purchased the vacuum to avoid continual trips for this minor service. After reading reviews on the 'consumer model' (18mm/Hg) I decided to get the 'pro model' (22in/Hg) .... no regrets!Too expensive and I see no way of craning out the wax myself.The vacuum is surprisingly powerful and comes with adapter tips that fit just about any hearing aid. I use the needle tip to clear way from the center of the speaker and use it sans tip to do a general vacuuming of the bell.Hopefully, this device will last a very long time as it is not inexpensive.So glad we found this! Saving us money in the long run, easy to use, great customer service! So gladI choose the Pro model!This does the job fine. A little more suction would better. My ears drain constantly. I can feel the stuff draining out. Those E.N.T. Doctors really can't do anything for your ears, at least not in the USA. In Denmark, they have a small camera in you nose all the way into the eustacion canal and do repairs and some cleaning. Why not here?We have not tried the product as of yet so we gave the minimum rating. The instructions are very poorly written. We have made arrangements with our audiologist to have them show us how to use the machine.
